At PackCart, we deliver only royal-grade products — the chances of you receiving a wrong or broken piece are nearly impossible. However, in the rarest of rare cases, here’s how it works:
- Reporting an Issue
If you receive a broken or wrong product, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp at +92 312 7055683.
Send clear pictures of the product and packaging so our team can review your claim.
- Refund / Replacement Approval
If it is confirmed that the product was already broken or wrong at the time of delivery, you may return it using any reliable delivery service.
Once we receive and verify the product, we will issue a full refund or replacement (your choice). - Customer Responsibility
If the product was damaged after delivery due to mishandling by the customer, PackCart will not be held responsible.
In such cases, no refund or replacement will be provided.
